Neon Comet Games is a boutique board game design and publishing studio, launched in 2023 and specialized in producing high-quality, unique Age of Steam expansion maps. Jointly operated by Joshua Acosta, MD (USA) and Hiro Oikawa (Japan), the team hopes to continue to release their own original designs and routinely feature indie expansion map designers on a highly selective basis. Their debut 3-map set released at Tokyo Game Market 2023 Spring, and their 2023 indie-feature map Bahia 1808 (designer: Jose Silva, MD) was released at Acosta’s annually-hosted convention Winsome Choose Some in Pittsburgh, PA, USA.
